Mr. Hart Holds a Bachelor of Technology in Project Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology, (FUTO), Owerri. . Before joining VAST Ltd he has worked as a Petroleum Inspector (Crude Oil) with  Cobalt International Services Ltd (2010 – 2012)

He is fully involved with Feasibility Studies and Research Analysis, Planning &  Scheduling of Projects using Project Management Soft wares, Project Coordination  & Management. He is very Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera 3 & 6 and MS Project Planner.

Mr. Hart has Professional Certification in International Oil & Gas Certificate on HSE (NEBOSH),  Project Managemnt Professional (PMP), (PRINCE 2 Foundation) – 2013, Basic Offshore Safety industrial Emergency Training (B.O.S.I.E.T)-2011. Additionally he holds other certifications in Lean and Six Sigma for Quality Management.

Mr. Hart is currently underdergoing an MSc programme on Project Management.
